August 28th

After consulting my dietitian aka my sister Sara. I realized I was going about this all wrong. She informed me that I have to eat 1200 calories which is almost double what I ate yesterday. I ate 3 meals today along with 3 snacks and I still almost 300 calories short of what I am suppose to be at. I never thought I would be having trouble getting enough calories. This is tough and a lot of planning. So I headed to the gym tonight, it had to be 100 degrees in the gym and after 20 minutes on the elliptical and instead of waiting in line for the stair master and every weight machine, I decided to call it a day. I burnt 300 calories so I guess that's not to bad. I am heading to the gym around 6 am tomorrow to try to beat the college kids rush. The gym will get better in a couple of weeks everyone is really serious about working out before school gets tough. Hopefully morning will be much better!


Food Intake:
Breakfast: 1 cup of Cantaloupe and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese = 133 Calories
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Chicken with Almonds = 260 Calories
Snack: South Beach Diet Granola Bar = 100 Calories
Dinner: Lemon Italian Chicken, 1 1/2 cups of Green Beans, and 1 cup Cantaloupe = 225 Calories
Snack: 12 Grape Tomatoes with 2 tbsp of creamy Italian dressing = 115 Calories
Snack: Pretzels = 100 Calories

Total Calories = 933 Calories

Workout- 20 Minutes
Water Intake = 4 Liters
