As I begin this first day of my final fall semester, I find myself extremely unhappy by two things. First of all the way my body appears to me and also the fact that I have stopped eating healthy and working out everyday. I will use this blog to track my feelings, how much I exercised for the day and what I ate with the total calorie counts for the day. My goal is to blog every night before I go to bed. I feel this will keep me aware of exactly what I am eating and burning off on a daily basis.
