I know I am slacking! I have been keeping up with my diet during the week. I have just not been trying during the weekend. Its to hard. I am trying to get back to blogging everyday. My goal for the week is to do it alteast every other day!

Weekend Fun
Wow! This weekend was a blast. I stuck to my diet pretty well exept for the alcohol. That adds up extremely fast. The end of the weekend was not so fun. I had to say good-bye to Ryan's parents. They are moving to Las Vegas. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do and I balled through the whole thing. I know they have to go but I miss them already. I will post tonight what I ate today!

Wow two days of blogging in a row! I am impressing myself.
Calorie Intake:
Lunch: Lean Cuisine = 280 Calories
Snack: Granola Bar = 100 Calories
Dinner: Lean Cuisine = 230 Calories
Snack: Celery with 2 Tbsp. of Peanut Butter: 130 Calories
Total Calories: 740 Calories
** I am only drinking 0 calorie drinks which is nice because I can drink as much as I want. I am still limiting myself to one diet pop per day.**
Still not feeling 100% so I have not been to the gym yet. I know I am slacking, I just don't feel good.

I know I am behind! Ryan has been yelling at me to update! Just lack of time keeps getting me!!

Snack: Cheez-its = 100 Calories
Total Calories: 800 Calories
I have a cold/flu so I am not feeling up to the gym lately. I walk up the stairs and I can not breath. Hopefully by Thursday I will be back in the gym.

Sept 12th
Sorry I am a little behind but I will fit blogging into my daily routine again! Life has just been crazy. I am up every morning at 6:30 and out the door by 8 for class until at least 5. Plus I got this bright idea to be an on campus RSO (registered student organization) president. Talk about time consuming. Also I just got into an honor society which I am pumped about but thats more meetings and more community service. I have these two and then two more HCMA and AHIMA. YIKES! What was a thinking!! Not only do I have RSO's I still have homework and I have to fit in sleeping and working out! Most of the time I do not got both in and I have been choosing sleep.
Breakfast: English Muffin and Reduced Fat Peanut Butter 220 Calories
Lunch: Mushroom Pizza Lean Cuisine 320 Calories
Dinner: Panini Lean Cuisine 280 Calories
Snack: 1 cup of cantaloupe 55 calories
Grand Total for the Day: 875 Calories
I did not make it to the gym but I did walk around campus for 2 1/2 hours advertising with sidewalk chalk for HOSA. I will count it as exercise!

The Week!
Oh my this week has been absolutley crazy!! I have not had anytime to blog but I have been staying at almost 1200 calories everyday and finding a little bit of time to exercise! I hope that life gets a little less crazy soon!!! I will try to get back to blogging daily as soon as possible!!

The Weekend!
Wow! The weekend was so much fun but I have to admit my diet did not go well. I did just fine on Saturday but Sunday and Monday, were not so good. Ryan's Aunt Connie is a fabulous cook and well I had to eat it. MAN NO SELF CONTROL! Not only did I eat I also drank. I had 4 glasses of wine and 3 Smirnoff Twists! CALORIES! On our way home today we stopped and got McDonald's and I was starving so I ate it. I could not believe the number of calories in a meal. I had more calories in that meal then I did most days last week. 960 Calories for a Filet O' Fish meal. YIKES! I did not drink enough water and I definitely did not work out unless you count the Wii! At least I had fun!!!

September 1st
Chicago! I love it here! Although it makes it extremely hard to stick to a diet! SO MUCH FOOD EVERYWHERE!!! I pretty much stuck to my diet until about 11:30 at night then I had cold pork sandwich! I was quite proud of myself though on our way to Brandon's football game, we stoppeed at McDonald's for lunch and I resisted all urge to get some! Yay me! I have not had fast food in quite some time but usually I am by myself while I am driving so its real easy to resist but it was not as bad as I thought, I just ate my granola bar and fed french fries to Justin!
Food Intake:
Breakfast: South Beach Diet Granola Bar = 100 Calories
Lucnh: South Beach Diet Granola Bar = 100 Calories
Dinner: 3 Pieces of Watermelon = 100 Calories
Snack: Cold Pork sandwich = ??? Calories
Wow! Now that I have posted I definitley did not eat enough today!! Today is going to be the real test! We will see how it goes! I have saved calories from the week because I didn't eat enough, but I should not tell myself that. I will just use a plate and step away from the table.
