Wow! This weekend was a blast. I stuck to my diet pretty well exept for the alcohol. That adds up extremely fast. The end of the weekend was not so fun. I had to say good-bye to Ryan's parents. They are moving to Las Vegas. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do and I balled through the whole thing. I know they have to go but I miss them already. I will post tonight what I ate today!

I hear you on the not fun part! They just left our apartment to continue on the drive and I've been crying most of the night. It sucks that we won't be able to just get in the car and drive to see them anymore...
