Happy Halloween! Today was pretty good, trying to get through loads of homework but I am ultimately keeping my head above water. My biggest temptation this week is wanting to plan the wedding! I just do not have time to do it and that is all I want to do! I am trying to fight the urge and thank goodness that Ryan is so involved. He has been working on getting the available places for our date!! So exciting!!!
Breakfast: Lean Pocket = 290 Calories
Snack: Apple= 60 Calories
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich- = 210 Calories
Snack: Hostess Snack Roll = 100 Calories
Dinner: Turkey Sandwich (The first one was just way to good!) = 210 Calories
Total Calories: 870 Calories!
Still slacking on my water intake but I was awfully proud of the number of times I turned down Candy today!!

Operation Wedding Dress has begun!!!

*I know I must eat more. This day just did not have time for it. I do need to get back to drinking my 4 liters of water. And I need to get my rear end back up everyday at 6 am to work out. I can do this! I really want Ryan to see the girl he started dating as I walk down the aisle if not a better skinnier girl! I hung up pictures of wedding dresses on my fridge and my wall. Hopefully this will help me to stay focused! Wish me luck! Please keep the encouragement coming!!

October 10th!
Sorry! I have been crazy busy! Yes I know that I have been saying that for weeks but somehow I keep fitting more things into my schedule. Sleep has defintley been lacking lately. I did get some extremely exciting news! 5 people get cleared each year to go for out of state for internships. I AM ONE OF THE FIVE! Ryan and I had talked about going to Las Vegas for a while now. We made an official decision this week to move their when we get married. I will move out ot Vegas in May, to start my internship and once Ryan and I get married, Ryan will move out their to meet me. It has been a big week. I started looking at possible sites for me to intern at and I found a system that is very nice. It is a four hospital system and is absolutley gorgeous and state of the art. I LOVE IT! I am planning on checking it out around the end of December and hopefully interviewing on Spring Break. Keep your fingers crossed for me!!!
Anyway! Operation get fit has been going okay. I have been staying at my calorie intake goals but the calories have not been very healthy choices. I have had a huge craving for chocolate! It will not stop. I have not had all that much time to work out I did fit in some cardio today. But I wasn't a huge fan of the dvd. I am not sure if its the workout moves or if the super happy size 0 girl telling me that losing weight is fun. For the record it is not fun.

October 4th!
Ryan and I went out to dinner yesterday and I was bad. I feel awful about it. Gosh I am turning into Sara. Oh My!

I did lose atleast a pound of hair on Tuesday. I donated 12 inches of my hair to locks for love. It was cool but I freaked out when they handed me my pony-tail. I wish I would have taken a friend and a camera. I think I would have enjoyed the experience alot more. But the good news is Ryan loves my haircut! He hated my long hair!!
