November 27th

I keep telling myself that I am going to get back to blogging what I eat every day. I AM GOING TO DO IT!! I CAN DO IT!! I tried on a wedding dress the other day and that really makes me want to do it!! My fear is that Christmas is coming and well I love to eat. Also I have a problem telling myself no when it comes to food! I am going to take this day by day and see how it goes!!

Breakfast: Egg Beaters and 2 Pieces of Toast with 1 Tbsp. of Butter = 220 Calories
Lunch: 2 Turkey Meat and Cheese Tacos = 315 Calories
Snack: Special K Cereal Bar = 90 Calories
Dinner: Chicken Salad with Cucumbers, Tomatoes, and French dressing and an Orange= 258 Calories
Snack: Banana = 80 Calories
Propel Water Packets = 40 Calories
Daily Calories = 1003 Calories
Water Intake: 3.5 Liters
